The ice cream quality is (usually) well above average. This trip there was a little freezer burn, which was surprising. It's a little on the pricey side even for what I feel is normally overpriced takeout ice cream. Taking the family can, take a hit on the wallet. But... The Birthday Cake Remix....mmmmmm. so good!!

The place is amazing. The workers are patient and very kind. Cold Stone Creamery has great food. It’s a place to cheer you up.

Bad attention ... I went to the ice cream shop at 8:15 and the man who attended a family was very rude (seems Arab or Muslim). I didn't want to stay there.

Great store with great service! While they offer one "skinny ice cream" option, I wish they had some "no sugar added" options in ice cream. But I still love it!

Ice cream is always good. It's always a good time to visit "Stone Cold Creamery", as I call it. LOL. I always enjoy the strawberry blonde, my favorite. Lots of ice cream options. Mmmmmm.Update 20200705 - we stopped in for another ice cream today and we're very disappointed. I ordered a medium and my wife ordered a small. My ice cream was as small as my wife's ice cream. We complained to the staff several tes but they denied that the medium was small or even too small. My ice cream was also very, very soft, almost like a milk shake. I was not very pleased with this visit. I hope the owner sees this review and does something about his staff and products. I am lowering the rating based upon this latest visit.

Incredibly great ice cream and selection

Ice cream is really good and watching them add the toppings on the marble counter top is really cool. Love that you can pick your toppings as well.

Usually would be 5 stars but some times the stones don't seem to be cold enough making the ice cream overly melted.

There icecream is so good! It has that creamy texture that makes it pleasing to the eye , I recommend the coconut with kit kat mixed in !

I am in Naples for business and when I asked for an un-itemized receipt the emoplyee wasn't sure how to do this. Now the store copy came out perfect with out a break down of my purchases but the customer receipt had every topping and type of ice cream I chose. The employee ringing me out asked the manager that was on duty asked why I needed it this way and I explained to him why. He was rude towards me and said that can not be done and there is no way to do this and that there is no reason for me to ask for this. I felt awkward and left. The attitude was unnecessary, he could've just been nice about it apologized and I wouldn't have had a problem with that. The worst part was I had added a tip to the receipt before hand.. perfect.. They just lost a customer in me.

Love Cold Stone. This location isn't usually that busy and the service is pretty good. We make a point of visiting Cold Stone at least once during our trips to Naples.

I love the amazing combinations. I got the chocolate oreo cheesecake and omg it was amazing. They mix, crush and forge youre master piece right in front of you and then its off to sweet creamy heaven.

Searched for frozen yogurt via Google Maps and this store did not have it. Seems like false advertising.

Ice cream is thick, creamy amazing! Toppings ultra fresh. I'm here twice, sometimes three times a week for the "gotta have it" coffee lovers. So good! Fast, friendly service!Owners are as sweet as the Ice cream

Gentleman (Ken) behind the counter was nice but coughing. Ice cream cakes are good (I always get one here for my b-day or used to at least), unfortunately regular ice creams are a disaster when compared with other places (Waterside), not much choice, not much flavor, just dull. The worst part is that I felt sick to my stomach right after eating the ice cream, might be a just a coincidence but I won't be back for sure.

The manager that has been at this store "10 years" needs to have a significant refresher in Customer Service or be let go due to his horrible attitude. Not only did he make the worst pb perfection mix-in that I've ever had as he added very little of any of the mix-ins (& I have been going to Cold Stone Creameries for years and years, but not ever to this location & never again to this location), but he was extremely rude & nasty when I asked if he might have forgotten the fudge sauce (I saw none, even after eating the whole thing). Additionally, when my family & I walked in, there was no one present and even after a minute of waiting for someone to come out from the back, there was no friendly "Welcome to Cold Stone Creamery" greeting, we've all come to enjoy. I think corporate Cold Stone should rethink this manager's position. He really made the usual happy experience, a miserable one for our 1st time in Naples together getting ice cream.

Amazing ice cream, even better than Italian gelato in Rome :)We live in Naples and found this hidden gem after searching for good ice cream on the internet. The creations they make, and the ingredients are outstanding! Last time we ordered a mint-chocolate combination with a brownie and chocolate sauce, loved it!Skip the over-priced, touristic, ice cream places downtown and make a trip here instead. The surrounding area is perhaps not that nice, but you can close your eyes and think of the ice cream.... :)

Everything was great ,i have to say tge waffle cone was probably my favourite. I had one of their banana delights with french vanila ice cream and cafamel and my husband had tge banana nut batter and we both loved it . Great customer service , reccomend .

Ice creams paradise... I find it so hard there to choose flavor because they have so many... huge variety of ice cream and toppings... clean place with a very friendly staff and good prices...

Not A person that likes to leave bad reviews but this one pissed me off. Went in to to ask if they had any vanilla dipped cones, and stupid guy behind counters tells me that they are not macdonalds. A simple no sir would have been fine, and i probably would have bought something.... Never going back
